A calming and steady presence
We approach weddings in the same way we do life; with a quiet confidence. We’re not loud and obvious and that’s a very deliberate decision. We try to be like a best friend with a camera, blending in and offering help or advice only if it’s needed.
We are aware that we are making work that will be held in the hands of future generations of your family; work that will tell other people what you were like and what was important to you. We constantly observe and capture, rather than setting up and faking moments.
We’re there for the beautiful truth and we just let it unfold naturally. We’re laid back, friendly and try to be a calming influence on your day.
Our Photography Style
Capturing moments, not poses
The foundation of our style is a story telling approach. Whilst hero shots are important, the smaller details and transitional frames will faithfully tell your story, so that in years to come you can feel your wedding day just by looking at your photographs.
We have a warm, soft and dewy editing style that’s both modern and classic. We’re always aiming for dreamlike colours, with painterly tones that truly show of your wedding in the best possible way. If there’s golden light on your weding day, we will find it.
Your final gallery will be a collection photographs that are candid and documentary, presenting portraits of you that are emotional with an editorial slant. We capture the essence of your day with authenticity and with little to no direction.
